In individual sessions, we aim to work towards a Christ-led lifestyle through the addressing of your goals. In an online platform, we explore options, develop coping strategies, and process through relationships, circumstances, and ongoing difficult situations.
Couples
In couples sessions, we aim to improve connection and intimacy between you and your spouse. We attend to communication needs, address potential problem areas, and move towards a family that sets Christ as the head of His people.

Scripture
Scripture is the foundation of Day Six Counseling. While not every resource will be a verse quoted from scripture, each tool will be Biblically based.
Confidentiality
In sessions, what you share will not be shared with a family member, spouse, friend, employer, or any other individual unless safety is a concern.
Personalized Care
The focus of each session is centered around what is the priority: processing current events, healing from previous experiences and relationships, or goal-planning for a healthier future.
